Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy is up to 12pm 2 days prior to arrival unless booking a prepaid rate.
To cancel your stay with us, contact us directly. Non-arrivals will be charged in full.
Valid ID
We reserve the right to request valid ID (passport or driving license) on check in. We are not in a position to accept any other form of identification.
Payment and Security Deposit
We accept all major credit and debit cards. A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your booking, this will not be charged at the time of booking unless booking a prepaid rate. We reserve the right to preauthorize cards prior to arrival. Should there be any issues regarding the validity of the card, or should the card be declined, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. Before cancelling the booking every effort will be made to contact you through the contact details you have provided on your reservation.
Preauthorization of a card is required at check in; along with the cost of your stay, incidentals and security deposit upon arrival. If the debit card does not have preauthorisation facility full prepayment for the accommodation and a deposit will be charged to the debit card on arrival of €100 per person.
Guest Misconduct
In the event of guest misconduct, the use of prohibited items or damage to property, the management of the property reserves the right to have the offending individuals removed from the property. Any property damages, breakages resulting from the guest’s behaviour (directly or indirectly) must be paid by the guest. The card authorised at the time of check in will be used for any damages or use of prohibited items. Only guests that have been registered are allowed in the bedrooms at any time.
