Cancellation & Payment Terms
Advanced Purchase
Bookings must be pre-paid at the time of booking with your credit card.
By confirming your reservation you agree that the entire accommodation amount will be charged to your credit card.
Changes cannot be made to Advanced Purchase bookings.
In the event of cancellation, full or partial refunds are not available. Note that the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation should your card provided not have sufficient funds available.
Non Advanced Purchase
Cancellation is free of charge up to 12pm two days prior to your arrival. Should you cancel later than this, or not arrive at all, unfortunately we will have to charge you for your full stay. Please note that the hotel reserves the right to charge your credit card in line with your cancellation policy. Should your reservation be part of a group or conference booking, the cancellation and payment terms outlined to the booker for your reservation. Note that the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation should your card provided not have sufficient funds available.
Should you require any changes to your reservation, please contact us prior to the cancellation policy or call us directly to check if these changes can be facilitated.
